Behind Bright Light Education is a dedicated team bringing together expertise in education, programme development and business. From teaching and creating high-quality courses and resources to supporting families, developing partnerships and growing our services, we work closely together with one shared goal: to help children thrive in their education.

Meet the people behind Bright Light Education and discover what each of us brings to the team.

Founder: Charlotte

Charlotte oversees much of the day-to-day running of Bright Light Education, ensuring our services operate smoothly for families, tutors and schools. She manages our courses and Tutor Referral Agency, including client and tutor communication, timetabling, bookings and systems.

Charlotte spent many years working as a classroom teacher at a school in West London, where she was also on the Senior Management Team.

Founder: Dani

Dani leads much of Bright Light Education’s creative development and growth. She develops our courses, book clubs and educational resources, and thrives when working on new ideas and opportunities to help the business grow. She continues to teach whenever she can!

Dani spent over 10 years working as a classroom teacher in London, where she was Literacy Coordinator and on the Senior Management Team.

Amy

Amy supports the delivery and development of Bright Light Education’s educational programmes, combining teaching with course creation. She also contributes to the continued growth of Bright Light Education, bringing new ideas and supporting opportunities with schools, partnerships and other areas of the business.

Amy is a qualified English teacher with over a decade of experience across KS3 and KS4, including leadership roles such as Deputy Head of English, Literacy Coordinator and mentor for Early Career Teachers.

Felicia

Felicia teaches our online courses and helps create and develop courses, book clubs and learning resources, bringing new ideas and helping to maintain consistently high standards across our programmes. She also supports communication with parents and families.

Felicia is a qualified English teacher and has worked in both primary and secondary schools for over 20 years. She was Head of English for many years, and has considerable experience preparing students for school entrance tests and scholarship examinations.
